We offer virtual interior design consulting services at the moment which can help you visualize your ideas of dream home. Our design services include renovating a room or entire house and designing a custom casework. We can also be your assistant manager for your self-renovating home projects. 

The cost of our services varies depending on the services and the scope of the project. 

Our design fees can be calculated by square footage or by hourly, and you will received the detailed design fees for your project after the Initial consultation.  

Our design process is as follow:

1. Initial consultation / Information collecting.

You will fill out one of our design service request forms and/or we will ask you a series of questions to understand your design needs.

2. Scope Review & Letter of Agreement.

After we review your project, we will email you the Letter of Agreement describing details of your project scope that clearly states what to expect with a tentative completion date. 

3. Designing / Planning.

After you return the letter with your signature and a payment (full or initial), we will be working on your project. We may contact you for confirmations and adjustments during our design, then email you the final design documents. 

If you chose to split payment, you will receive the final invoice prior to the completion date.

4. Feedback / Revisions (Optional).

Depending on the services, you can get a revised design documents without additional cost, or have an option to add the service.

We will not upload your photos or any project information online without your consent. Even after we receive a written consent from you, we will make sure to delete/cover any sensitive sections on your photos, and send you the final images prior to upload.
